Payments are processed prior to your delivery each week, 4 weeks or 26 weeks. Discounts will be given for prepaid contracts.
If a payment declines there will be a $10 NSF fee charged.
All changes require two weeks’ notice.
We offer discounts for multiple children in a home; please contact us for more details if you have more than one in diapers.
Two weeks paid notice is required to cancel service. Subscriptions can be cancelled with two weeks notice, credits will be prorated at the regular weekly rate.
Notice can be given via email at email@example.com or verbally at (289) 686-0668. Voice mail messages are acceptable.
Trial packages are non refundable once commenced. If service is cancelled any unused service will remain on account indefinitely to be used in the future or it can be gifted to a friend or family member who subscribes to our diaper services. Unused diaper service credits are only valid toward our diaper service and can not be used to purchase products in our online store.
Your service can be put on hold at any time with two weeks’ notice. As long as your diapers, and any other rental items, are returned there will be no charge.
We will deliver them to you again as soon as you are ready to start up.
If you need to adjust your pick/drop off date to accommodate a vacation, we just need two weeks’ notice.
There is a $10 replacement fee for any diapers that are lost or stolen or that come back to us with damage not due to regular wear and tear. Please use diaper creams that are cloth diaper safe or a bio liner; you can purchase them at our store. Reasonable wear and tear from normal use is acceptable.
If you have more than 15 diapers on hand when we email you with your weekly delivery please let us know so that we can adjust your inventory level. This helps us keep our service affordable and efficient.
If you have less than 10 diapers on hand when we email you with your weekly delivery please let us know as well; we will increase your inventory to ensure you never run out.
If you forget to put out your diapers, contact us and we will do our best to reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a $5 pick up fee if it becomes a recurring issue.
Delivery days may be changed from time to time as required. We will give you two weeks notice prior to any changes.
Diapers and all other rental items belong to Green Baby Diapers.
There is no need to rinse or count diapers; we take care of that.
We provide an initial 70 diapers per week. If you need more/less, please contact us and review our hoarding policy. We want you to have as many diapers as you need.
If your baby has a diaper rash please use a diaper safe cream or bio liner.
No rinsing – there is no rinsing required but we would appreciate if you could dump any solids (they can just be flushed) when possible.
Diaper Covers are your responsibility to wash please do not put them in with your dirty diapers. We recommend handing washing and hanging to dry. They can be washed with your regular laundry but please do not use bleach or fabric softener as it will wreck the PLU.
Our fitted diapers have elasticized legs & back and are meant to fit like disposables; we have various sizes available and will work with you to ensure the best fit.
We offer boosters for naps and bedtime or heavy wetters if needed. Please let us know, these are included with your service.
